The location was okay. It was right next to the beach.

The hotel was freezing. It was so cold. old furnishings were worn out, and bathrooms were really disgusting. i was expecting more for an all-inclusive resort. There was no lunch menu, only snacks, and the same cold food was served every night. it felt rundown. It is not the riu experience i remember from elsewhere.

A Romantic Getaway by the Dunes

The hotel is right on a beautiful beach. The clear blue water invited us every day. We appreciated the spacious layout of the hotel and its proximity to the white sandy beach. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our short stay, greeting us with warmth and always available with information.

The rooms could use some updating, but they remained comfortable, clean, and functional for our needs, it was just a minor detail really..

Our double room included two comfortable beds, a small seating area, and a private bathroom. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, basic toiletries, and fresh towels provided daily. Ample closet space was available for our belongings, alongside a safe for valuables.

Reception was available 24 hours a day and eager to help with any questions or requests. Bar staff kept refreshments flowing with minimal wait times. They did a fantastic job. The cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily, our space remained super clean.
